There are different touch points that customers may have with your business.
1) Social Media-Most business have a social media page such as Facebook. Make sure to check it regularly and engage with customers. Some of our MarketSmart clients use surveys or reviews on their Facebook page.
2.) Your Company’s Website-Make sure that your website is mobile optimized. As we mentioned before, if it doesn’t load in 4 seconds, you may lose the visitor .Make sure your content is up to date and your contact info easy to access so that the visitor can contact you with questions.
3.) Ask your Customer for feedback.-Some of our MarketSmart clients have a review card in their shop for customers to fill out. Other MarketSmart clients send a follow up email or text to their customers for feedback.
